New service: Saldo Kredit says Hej Sweden!

Saldo06/04/2023

Saldo Kredit launched successfully in Sweden in September and is serving up fuss-free access to finances that locals are snapping up.

With an opener of SEK1 000 and an upper limit of SEK20,000, the micro-loans are easily accessed, highly flexible and come with a major point of difference: Saldo uses Bisnode to carry out credit and solvency checks, an appealing alternative to Sweden’s UC.

Saldo Kredit cuts out the red tape for its Swedish customers: there’s no pesky paperwork, security deposit, collateral required, or questions asked for loan approval. The process is entirely online and automated, and applications are approved around the clock once a quick credit check has been carried out.

One of the most appealing conditions of Saldo Kredit is that customers are only required to repay the amount they actually spend, and they won’t incur any monthly fees in the process. The customer is in control of how much they withdraw from the loan amount, and when, and this can be done easily by sending a SMS message.

To date, Saldo Kredit has proven popular in the Swedish market. The launch has enabled Saldo to understand the wants and needs of Swedish customers better, which will be key in its plans for expansion with an increased range of products and services.
