Senior Accountant

Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.

• Prepare and post journal entries for the Oracle month-end close. Participate in preparing financial, tax, and regulatory reports.

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and clearings, promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure data accuracy and meet daily and monthly closing deadlines.

• Respond to internal and external audit requests with timely supporting documentation, while providing guidance and support to colleagues.

• Be self-motivated and driven, actively participate in process improvement projects.

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial statements preparation.

• Familiarity with IFRS and regulatory reporting would be an advantage.

• Degree in Business Management/ Finance / Accounting or a related field.

• The ability to work with others and communicate effectively is needed.

• Solid English required (written and verbal).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

The salary range for this position is 2600 - 3600 EUR (gross) per month.
