Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day banking operations, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting various business units to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.

Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
Execute day-to-day banking operations including data processing, account updates, and reconciliations.
Support back-office processes for transactions such as payments, settlements, and account maintenance.
Managing system issues and reporting bugs
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory compliance at all times.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, IT, risk) to resolve discrepancies or operational issues.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Log, track, and escalate customer issues as needed using internal ticketing systems.
Handle any other BO related issues.
Customer Support:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, customer service (email-based), or financial operations.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, customer service (email-based), or financial operations.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages.
