Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.

Responsibilities

  • The active sales of Saldo Bank's corporate loan products to new and existing customers throughout Finland.

  • Independent prospecting and the creation of customer relationships.

  • The active maintenance and development of existing customer relationships.

  • Identifying customer needs and offering suitable financing solutions.

  • Drafting offers and agreements, as well as negotiations.

  • Achieving sales targets and developing sales activities.

  • Close collaboration with other internal stakeholders (e.g., credit decisions, marketing).

  • Maintaining and developing existing partnerships.

  • Implementing upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

  • Actively monitoring the market situation and competitors.

Requirements

  • Strong evidence of successful B2B sales, preferably from the financial sector and especially in corporate loans.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • An independent, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.

  • The ability to understand customers' businesses and offer them value-added solutions.

  • Good Finnish language skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
