• Take key responsibility in developing and improving Transaction Monitoring system, creating new rules & scenarios based on the Bank's business model;

• Take lead in 2nd level Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Screening alert investigations and escalations

• Support MLRO in conducting higher-risk onboarding and OEDD

• Provide proposals for Transaction Monitoring and Due Diligence process improvements

• Identify opportunities for using technologies for better process automation and best practice application

• Assist MLRO in conducting various 2nd line AML Compliance tasks, such as development of policies, procedures and operational manuals, conducting regulatory reporting, internal quality controls, etc.

• At least 3 years experience in the field of AML/CTF

• Higher education in Law, Finance, Business or similar

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages

• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.

• Previous sound experience in Transaction Monitoring and Customer Screening

• Good understanding of AML/CTF and International Sanctions compliance practices, knowledge of Lithuanian and EU requirements

• Finnish or Swedish language knowledge
