At Saldo Bank, we're looking for a motivated and personable Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. This role involves a combination of phone and email communication, technical support, and various administrative tasks.

Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the operation, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.

  • Manage and prioritize client tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to help them maximize the value they get from our solutions.

  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and other operational duties as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What we expect

  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or success.

  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages.

  • Proven ability to manage time, stay organized, and meet deadlines across multiple priorities.

  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a professional and friendly phone manner.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
