• Take the lead role in new customer onboarding: perform due diligence, inquire for and verify submitted documents, research and analyze KYC information

• Investigate 1st level Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Screening alerts

• Escalate suspicious activity/transactions to the 2nd line AML Team

• Handle relevant outgoing communications with customers

• Provide proposals for Due Diligence process improvements

• Identify opportunities for process automation and best practice application

• Assist in training Junior KYC/AML specialists

• Higher education or last year student in Law, Finance, Business or similar

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages

• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.

• At least 1 year of previous experience in AML/KYC field

• Finnish or Swedish language knowledge

• Advanced understanding of AML/CTF and International Sanctions compliance, preferably with practical application experience.
