Job overview

Saldo Bank is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Product Manager to manage our product governance process and deposit products portfolio. As Product Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our product governance process and take care of deposit offerings. The ideal candidate is precise and effective and has interests to develop product governance processes constantly.

Key responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and market analyses: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for deposit products aligned with the bank's overall goals and market trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

  • Product Development of deposit products: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, design, marketing, and risk management to conceptualize, prioritize, and execute product enhancements and new features following the product governance process.

  • Roadmap Management: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

  • Risk management and regulatory compliance: Work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure deposit products comply with regulatory standards and mitigate any associated risks. Stay informed about relevant banking regulations and ensure that deposit products adhere to all legal and compliance requirements.

  • Performance monitoring: Track product performance metrics, analyze data insights, and iterate on strategies to optimize product performance, user engagement, and profitability.

  • Continuous Improvement of product governance framework: Pay meticulous attention to detail in the development and refinement of product processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering innovation within the product management team.

  • Product governance documentation: Be responsible for product governance documentation management of the whole product management team and develop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • 3 years experience in product management, banking and financial services preferred, but not mandatory

  • Precise in process development with a keen eye for detail. Possess a Lean Six Sigma certification or similar qualification, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Focus on business process improvement by optimizing existing processes following legal and compliance requirements

  • Basic understanding of banking products and services, with a keen interest in learning more about deposit products. Eagerness to grow in the field of product management within the banking industry.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and gather insights to support decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
